1. Learned counsel for the appellant (respondent No.5 in
W.P.No.5821 of 2018 filed by the private respondents No.1 to 3/writ petitioners) seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal directed against the order dated 17.03.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.5821 of 2018, while reserving the right of his client to pursue her remedy in the civil suit already instituted against the respondents No.1 to 3/writ petitioners, registered as O.S.No.37 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned District Judge at Karimnagar.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
