JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

After addressing arguments at some length assailing an order dated 13.05.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge partly allowing a writ petition filed by the appellant/writ petitioner, learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal insofar as the same assails the observations made by the learned Single Judge that the court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition as regards land measuring Ac.0.22 guntas (Ac.0.16 guntas in Sy.No.139 and Ac.0.06 guntas in Sy.No.140/1 situated in Somidi Village, Kazipet Mandal, Warangal District while granting leave to the appellant to approach the competent authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he does not wish to press the present appeal and would seek his remedies in respect of the aforesaid parcels of land before the competent court vested with jurisdiction in this regard.

3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
