HCJ & BVR,J C.C.No.1128 of 2020 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners herein alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 02.11.2020, in W.A.No.433 of 2020.
It is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr. L. Ravi Chander, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, that the examinations are scheduled to be commenced from tomorrow i.e., 05.01.2021, and the petitioners herein are not being permitted to appear for the said examinations.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioners herein are, hereby, provisionally permitted to appear for the examinations, which are scheduled to be commenced from 05.01.2021, subject to payment of admitted fees, within a period of one week from today. The payment of differential fees shall be subject to the outcome of W.P.No.13448 of 2020.
The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
