1.    Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, learned Senior Advocate appearing for

the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present

appeal while reserving the right of the appellant to file appropriate

proceedings against the impugned order dated 16.11.2020 passed by

the learned XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-

Commercial Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in

I.A.No.645 of 2020 filed in C.O.S.No.14 of 2020.

2.    Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed

of as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any. Needless

to state that the right of the respondents to address arguments on the

maintainability of the petition proposed to be filed by the appellant, is reserved.
