CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.535 of 2020
JUDGMENT :
This appeal is filed challenging the order dated 14.06.2019 passed by the Employees Insurance Court-cum-Chairman, Industrial Tribunal-I, Hyderabad in E.I.C.No.28 of 2014.
Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. During the course of arguments, counsel for the appellant has requested for remanding the matter to the Court below, as the matter was decided only on the question of limitation, with an observation that it cannot review it's own orders.
In view of the above submission, without going into merits of the matter, this appeal is disposed of at the admission stage and the matter is remanded to the Court below i.e. the Employees Insurance Court-cum-Chairman, Industrial Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, for disposal afresh on merits after affording opportunity to both the parties. No order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
