Learned counsel for both the parties fairly submit that the suit, being O.S.No.1091 of 2014, itself came to be disposed of by the Court below vide judgment dated 20.11.2015, as such, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions.
Recording the aforesaid submission, both these Civil Revisions Petitions are closed.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
