CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3586 of 2015
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning docket order dated 27.07.2015 passed by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, allowing I.A.No.121 of 2015 in O.S.No.237 of 2009 filed by petitioners/plaintiffs for filing rejoinder.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for default, by the Court below vide judgment dated 31.10.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioners/defendants to revive the Civil Revision Petition in the event of legal necessity. There upon, the same would be considered on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
