This Revision is filed aggrieved by the docket endorsement dated 23.11.2018 of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar returning the petition of the petitioner
- defendant No.9 to reopen the suit which was reserved for judgment on 02.11.2018, for advancing oral arguments.
The petitioner apprehends that the Presiding Officer may take a persistent view.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Presiding Officer was transferred, hence, they will not press this Revision.
Recording the said submission, the Revision is dismissed, however, directing that, as the suit is of 2007, the same may be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
