HCJ & BVR,J W.P.No.24501 of 2020 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy) This Habeas Corpus petition is filed for production of the petitioner's husband viz., Vanam Kranthi Kumar (for short 'the detenu'), before this Court The alleged detenu has appeared before this Court. His statement is recorded. He stated that he was married to the petitioner on 23-11-2017 at Miryalguda, Nalgonda District. Due to matrimonial disputes, they are staying apart since six months. A divorce case viz., F.C.O.P. No. 764 of 2020 has been filed by him before the Family Court at L.B. Nagar. On his own volition, he is staying at his sister's house in Hyderabad. He further stated that the respondent Nos. 4 and 6 are his brothers, and respondent No. 5 is his sister-in-law, and they do not have anything to do with the matrimonial disputes between himself and the petitioner.

Having recorded the statement of the detenu, this Court finds that the averments made in the Writ Petition are unfounded. Hence, there is no merit in this Writ Petition. It is, hereby, dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
