JUDGMENT:
Sri K.Raghavendra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that the subject matter has become infructuous on account of the order dated 02.03.2020 passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District in I.A.No.1903 of 2019 in O.S.No.1459 of 2017.
Recording the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand dismissed.
