JUDGMENT :
This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2016 in O.S.No.327 of 2015 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
Heard both sides.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for appellant that he has no instructions from the appellant.
In the meantime, learned counsel for respondent submits that the sole appellant in this appeal has already died on 04.08.2019, and in proof of the same, death certificate is also filed. It is further submitted that the appellant is also not having any legal heirs.
In the light of the above submissions, the appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
