JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.    After addressing arguments at some length, assailing an order

dated 11.12.2020, passed by the learned Single Judge declining to

entertain the writ petition filed by the appellant, on the ground that

disputed questions of fact have been raised, which require

adjudication on the civil side, learned counsel for the appellant states

that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal while

reserving the right of his client to seek appropriate legal recourse on

the civil side against the respondent No.8.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
