JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.    After addressing the arguments at some length, learned counsel

for the appellants fairly states that he may be permitted to withdraw

the present appeal while exercising the right of the appellants to

proceed against the respondent (petitioner in W.P.No.40988 of 2018),

after affording him an opportunity of hearing upon initiating disciplinary action against him, as contemplated in law.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
