JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The present appeal is directed against an order dated
31.12.2020, passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of
W.P.No.24454 of 2020 filed by the appellant praying inter alia for
issuing directions to the respondents/NPDCL to restore power supply
to its premises and for permission to pay the arrears of bills of over Rs.35 lakhs in eight equal instalments.
2. By the impugned order, learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition filed by the appellant with directions issued to the respondents/NPDCL to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.12.2020 made by the appellant within a period of four weeks i.e., on or before 30.01.2021.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents/NPDCL states on instructions that the respondents shall dispose of the representation of the appellant within one week from today.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal, which is accordingly disposed of along with the pending applications.
