After addressing arguments at some length, learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of the appellant to approach the civil court for appropriate relief, as was prayed for in W.P.No.19873 of 2020.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
