Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, as she has instructions not to pursue the same, in view of the fact that the parties have been living separately ever since the year 1994 and their three sons having become majors, are leading their own independent lives.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
