JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Learned for the appellant states that though an interim order
was passed by the predecessor Bench on 15.06.2020 granting the
appellant an opportunity to present the sale documents for registration
before the respondent No.3 within four weeks, with a further direction
to the respondent No.3 to register the same, the sale transaction has fallen through. It is for the said reason that the appellant/vendor and the vendee did not approach the respondent No.3 to present the sale documents for registration.
2. That being the position, nothing further survives in the present appeal, which has been rendered infructuous. The same is accordingly disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
