COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     Learned counsel for the respondents submits that both the

appeals have abated, inasmuch as the appellant had expired on 31.03.2014.

2. None is present on behalf of the appellant also.

3. A perusal of the order sheet shows that none has been appearing for the appellant for the past several days.

4. The present appeals are, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
