COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 fairly concedes that,

strictly speaking, no disobedience of the order dated 27.11.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.M.P.No.45465 of 2014 filed in W.P.No.36324 of 2014, can be attributable to the appellants herein.

2. That being the position, with the consent of the respondent No.1, the present appeals are allowed and the order of conviction and fine imposed on the appellants is set aside.

3. The appeals are disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
