CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1318 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/plaintiff Nos.2 to 7 against order dated 23.11.2016 passed by the learned Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, Hyderabad, dismissing I.A.No.436 of 2016 in O.S.No.1025 of 1993, filed for recalling P.W.1 for marking the documents.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned Senior Civil Judge's Court, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 20.04.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
