CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1208 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs against order dated 10.02.2017 passed by the learned VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, allowing I.A.No.93 of 2017 in I.A.No.48 of 2017 in O.S.No.88 of 2017, filed for impleadment.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned Junior Civil Judge's Court, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for default, by the Court below vide judgment dated 21.01.2020.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
