Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the present appeals have been rendered infructuous, for the reason that during the pendency thereof, the parties have reconciled their disputes and have reunited and are living together for the past eight years.

2. In view of the submission made hereinabove, both the present appeals are disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
