1.    Learned counsel for the appellant states that in view of the

settlement arrived at between the parties during the pendency of the

present appeal on 09.10.2020, nothing further survives for

adjudication. A copy of the Settlement Agreement has been filed.

Learned counsel for the respondents also confirms the submission

made by the other side.

2. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
