JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Learned counsel for the appellants makes a request for an
adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel has some personal
difficulty.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that nothing
survives for adjudication in the present appeal for the reason that the order of blacklisting imposed against the respondent No.1 had expired on 17.05.2019.
3. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of as infrucutous along with the pending applications, if any.
