JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     Learned counsel for the appellants states that instead of

pressing the present appeal, he may be permitted to withdraw the

same while reserving the right of his clients to seek appropriate civil

remedies against the GPA holder, who has purportedly executed sale

deeds in respect of the subject built up properties as also against the

respondent No.5, who is the original owner thereof.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
