JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.        Learned counsel for the appellants clarifies that the appellants

were not parties before the learned Single Judge and in view of the

submission made by Mr. B. Venkat Rama Rao, learned counsel for the

respondents No.1 to 8/writ petitioners that aggrieved by the impugned

order dated 28.12.2018 in W.P.No.38720 of 2017, the respondent No.11/Commissioner of Endowments had filed an appeal, registered as W.A.No.326 of 2019, which was dismissed by the Division Bench vide order dated 18.12.2019, and also in view of the submission that aggrieved by the dismissal order passed in W.A.No.326 of 2019, an SLP was preferred by the respondent No.11/Commissioner of Endowments, which was dismissed as withdrawn, he does not wish to press the present appeal.

2. The application and the appeal are disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any. It is left open to the appellants to seek appropriate legal recourse as may be permissible.
