JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Mr. C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for
Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the present
appeal has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the period of one year granted to the appellants for utilising the subject building situated at Kakatiya Nagar of Kamareddy Town, Kamareddy District, known as Kamareddy District Press Club had expired on 01.12.2018.
2. Having regard to the aforesaid position, we are of the opinion that nothing survives in the present appeal, which is accordingly disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
