Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, which is directed against an interim order dated 20.11.2020 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.20915 of 2020, declining to grant any interim relief to him.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
