COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition states on instructions that a letter dated 10.01.2018 has been addressed by the Land Acquisition Officer to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) stating that a fresh requisition will be issued for proceeding to acquire the land, subject matter of W.P.Nos.8380 and 9112 of 2010. He states that in view of the aforesaid developments, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeals.
2. Without commenting on the merits of the present appeals or the letter issued by the Land Acquisition Officer to the GHMC for seeking requisition of the subject land, the present appeals are disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
