Ramachandra Rao) Counsel for appellant filed Memo dt.28.01.2021 stating that the appellant wishes to opt for 'Vivad Se Viswas Scheme, 2020' and so the appellant wishes to withdraw this Appeal with liberty to revive the Appeal in the event the appellant does not get satisfactory result in the said Scheme.
