CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3074 of 2016
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/defendant Nos.3 and 4 against order dated 12.04.2016 passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy, dismissing I.A.No.493 of 2016 in O.S.No.775 of 2005, filed for amendment of the pleading in the plaint.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed, by the Court below vide judgment dated 26.08.2016.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
