CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2942 of 2016
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff aggrieved by the non-disposal of O.S.No.1224 of 2007 by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned Junior Civil Judge's Court, Warangal, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated 31.07.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
