CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2853 of 2015
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/defendant questioning the order dated 13.04.2015 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Khammam, dismissing I.A.No.1863 of 2013 in O.S.No.396 of 2010 filed for appointment of Advocate Commissioner.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned Senior Civil Judge's Court, Khammam, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for default, by the Court below vide judgment dated 06.09.2016.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
