JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Learned counsel for parties state in unison that the present appeal was filed along with a batch of writ appeals in the year 2017, lead matter being W.A.No.625 of 2017, which were decided on 02.08.2017 and the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge was set aside. The said writ petitions are pending adjudication. However, the present appeal was inadvertently left out and the same is covered by the said judgment.
2. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications on the same lines and the impugned order dated 21.12.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.M.P.No.55100 of 2016 in W.P.No.44676 of 2016, is set aside.
3. The Registry is directed to list W.P.No.44676 of 2016 along with other similar petitions, on 28.07.2021 before the learned Single Judge, on which date learned counsel for the parties shall ensure their appearance.
