1. Learned counsel for the appellants states that in view of the
subsequent developments that have taken place which has resulted in
the respondent No.2/Gram Panchayat having merged into Peddapally
Municipality, nothing further survives in the present appeal.
2. The present appeal is accordingly disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
