JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Mr. K.S. Murthy, learned counsel for the respondent No.1/writ
petitioner states that the present appeal arises from an interim order dated 31.03.2016 passed on a miscellaneous application filed in W.P.No.39686 of 2015. He further states that the captioned petition itself was withdrawn by the respondent No.1/writ petitioner on 22.08.2017 and as a result, nothing further survives in the present appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants confirms the aforesaid position and states that due to the subsequent developments, nothing further survives in the present appeal.
3. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
