Learned counsel for the appellants states that instead of pressing the present appeal, he may be permitted to approach the learned single Judge in W.P.No.11735 of 2017 seeking vacation of the interim order dated 17.11.2017 and/or with a request to press for a decision in the main petition itself.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
