Learned counsel for the appellants states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeals while reserving the right of the appellants to approach the learned Single Judge by filing the application seeking review of the common order dated 07.01.2020.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The review application to be filed by the appellants shall be accompanied with an application for condonation of delay. If the appellants file an application along with the review petition explaining the delay, the learned Single Judge will take into consideration the fact that the present appeals were preferred by the appellants against the impugned order in the year 2020 itself. The present appeals are disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
