After addressing arguments for some time on the merits of the present appeal which is directed against an order dated 11.11.2020 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.19026 of 2020 declining to entertain the writ petition filed by the appellant/writ petitioner on the ground that disputed questions of facts regarding title between private parties have been raised, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of his client to seek her remedies on the civil side in accordance with law.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
