JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellants prays for
withdrawal of the writ appeal with liberty to the
appellants to file a fresh writ petition claiming
regularisation in service.
The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of as
withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The miscellaneous
applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There
shall be no order as to costs.
