before this court that the writ petition i.e., W.P.No.11573 of 2018
itself has been dismissed rendering the present writ appeal
infructuous.
The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
