Ms. Sri Mythili, learned counsel appearing for the
appellants/Union of India, has argued before this court that the
writ petition preferred by the respondent before this court/writ
petitioner i.e., W.P.No.11573 of 2018 itself has been dismissed. Meaning thereby, the present writ appeal has become infructuous.
In the light of the aforesaid statement, the writ appeal stands disposed of as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
