      The present writ appeal is arising out of an interim

order dated 16.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in

W.P.No.40963 of 2018 by the learned Single Judge.

      The learned Single Judge has granted an interim order

on 16.11.2018 suspending the appointment of respondent

No.3 in the writ petition.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the appointment was for a period of one year and therefore, the present writ appeal has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ appeal stands disposed of as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
