Learned counsel for the appellant was fair enough in stating
that the appellant/writ petitioner wants to withdraw the present
writ appeal as well as I.A.No.1 of 2019, with a liberty to prosecute
other remedies.
The writ appeal and I.A.No.1 of 2019 are accordingly
dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be
no order as to costs.
