JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant has stated before this
court that the present writ appeal is not maintainable, in the light
of the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the
case of Ram Kishan Fauji v. State of Haryana and others1. He
prays for withdrawal of the present writ appeal with a liberty to
avail other remedies.
The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with
the aforesaid liberty.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
