JUDGMENT:      (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)



      Learned counsel for the appellants/writ petitioners has

argued before this court that in some of the identical cases, the

learned Single Judge has granted interim order directing the

petitioner therein to pay 30% of the entire amount of licence fee.

However, in this case, it has been ordered that the appellants/writ

petitioners have to pay 50% of the entire amount of licence fee.

Learned counsel was fair enough in stating before this court that

the order granted for payment of 30% of licence fee was not

brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge and in those

circumstances, he prays for withdrawal of the present writ appeal

with a liberty to file a review petition.

      The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with

the aforesaid liberty.

      Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
