COMMON JUDGMENT:         (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)



      Learned counsel for the appellants has fairly stated before

this court that the appellants have filed a review petition i.e.,

I.A.No.2 of 2020 for reviewing the order dated 06.02.2020 passed

in W.P.No.23622 of 2015 and the same is pending. He prays for

withdrawal of the present writ appeal as well as I.A.No.1 of 2021. A

prayer has also been made to request the learned Single Judge to

hear the review petition at an early date.

      The aforesaid prayer, being a reasonable prayer, is allowed.

      The writ appeal and I.A.No.1 of 2021 are dismissed as

withdrawn. Office is directed to list the review petition (I.A.No.2 of

2020 in W.P.No.23622 of 2015) on 27.12.2021 before the learned

Single Judge. The learned Single Judge is requested to decide the

review petition at an early date.

      Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
