Basuradi Anjaiah China Anjaiah ... vs The State Of Telangana on 2 December, 2021
Bench: Satish Chandra Sharma, N.Tukaramji
THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
                                   AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. TUKARAMJI

                 WRIT APPEAL No.164 of 2020

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

The present writ appeal is arising out of the order

dated 03.02.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in

W.V.M.P.No.636 of 2015 and W.V.M.P.No.6 of 2015 in

W.P.M.P.No.3270 of 2015 in W.P.No.2443 of 2015.

It has been stated that in the writ petition an

interim order was granted in the year 2015 and as no one

appeared for the writ petitioners, the said interim order

was vacated.

This Court, while issuing notice in the present writ

appeal, has directed that the operation of the order dated

03.02.2020

be stayed and the said order is also continuing for the last two years approximately.

Learned counsel for the parties have fairly stated before this Court that the matter be disposed of and the learned Single Judge be requested to decide the main writ petition at an early date.

Resultantly, without averting to the merits of the case, the present writ appeal stands disposed of with a request to the learned Single Judge to decide the writ petition, as expeditiously as possible, at an early date 2 and the interim order granted in this writ appeal shall continue till the disposal of the writ petition.

The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
