Telangana High Court
M/S. Reliance Nippon Life ... vs The Insurance Ombudsman on 2 December, 2021
Bench: Satish Chandra Sharma, N.Tukaramji
THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. TUKARAMJI
WRIT APPEAL No.803 of 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant is fair enough in
informing this Court that 50% of the award amount has
been deposited, as directed by the learned Single Judge,
and he prays for disposal of the writ appeal as
infructuous. However, a prayer has been made to make
a request to the learned Single Judge to decide the main
writ petition at an early date.
Resultantly, without averting to the merits of the
case, the writ appeal is disposed of as infructuous. In
the light of the aforesaid prayer, the learned Single Judge
is requested to decide the matter at an early date.
Office is directed to list the writ petition before the
learned Single Judge having roster on 20.12.2021.
The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ
appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
