ORDER:
This petition is filed challenging the Judgment dt.18.12.2014 passed in Crl.A.No.754/2012 by the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad, confirming the order in Crl.M.P.No.404/2011 in DVC.No.77/2010, dt.25.08.2011.
Learned Counsel for petitioner submitted that as DVC.No.77/2010, itself is disposed of by the trial Court, this petition becomes infructuous.
Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
